St.Paddy's X EATABLE: Two Irish Cream Inspired Dessert Coffee Recipes
To celebrate St. Patrick's Day, we've brought you not one, but TWO Irish Cream Inspired Dessert Coffees, both topped with our Whisky on the Pops. Though really, you can make these for any occasion because they are both deliciously wonderful drinks that are covered in chocolate goodness.

PEPPERMINT FROTH LIQUEUR & IRISH CREAM COFFEE 

PEPPERMINT FROTH LIQUEUR & IRISH CREAM COFFEE x EATABLE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz chocolate simple syrup
  • 1 oz espresso shot 
  • 1 oz Wayne Gretzky Whisky
  • 1 oz Wayne Gretzsky Cream Liquor 
  • 1 cup 10% cream
  • 1 oz McGuinness Creme De Menthe (Green Liquid) 
  • Eatable Whisky on the Pops for Garnish 

    INSTRUCTIONS: 

    1) In a cocktail shaker mix: 

    • 1 oz of Wayne Gretzky Whisky
    • 1 oz Wayne Gretzky Cream Liquor 
    • Add 1-2 cubes of ice and shake until cold

    2) In a aerator or milk frother add 1 cup of 10% cream 

    • Add 1 oz of McGuinness Creme De Menthe (Green Liquid) 
    • Aerate on cold for a nice foamy consistency (we used our Nespresso Aeroccino) 

    3) Layer your mug or cup of choice by first adding:

    • Your chocolate simple syrup to the bottom of the mug  
    • Next add your 1 oz espresso shot (use the back of the spoon to pour into mug, this helps reduce splashing and allows all ingredients to layer overtop each other without running the risk of all ingredients mixing together right away) 
    • Add your shaken cold cocktail mix 

    4) Add your peppermint froth to the top of your mug to complete the beverage 

    5) Sprinkle some Eatable Whisky on the Pops for Garnish 

      

    CHOCOLATE COFFEE AND WHISKY CREAM LIQUOR

    INGREDIENTS: 

    • 1 oz chocolate simple syrup 
    • 1 oz espresso shot 
    • 1 oz Wayne Gretzky Whisky
    • 1 oz Wayne Gretzsky Cream Liquor 
    • 1 oz McGuinness Creme De Menthe (Clear Liquid)
    • Eatable Whisky on the Pops for Garnish 

      INSTRUCTIONS:

      1) In a cocktail shaker mix: 

      • 1 oz of Wayne Gretzky Whisky
      • 1 oz Wayne Gretzky Cream Liquor 
      • 1 oz McGuinness Creme De Menthe (Clear Liquid) 
      • Add 1-2 cubes of ice and shake until cold

      2) Layer your mug or cup of choice by first adding:

      • Your chocolate simple syrup to the bottom of the mug

      3) Sprinkle some Eatable Whisky on the Pops for Garnish 

      4) Drizzle leftover chocolate simple syrup overtop popcorn garnish
