When You'll Receive Your Order:

 

NEED IT IN A RUSH? ⏰

Select FedEx Priority Overnight (Canada) or UPS Express® (USA) as the shipping method at checkout to get your order delivered the next business day.  Please note this timeline may be affected by Holiday shipping exceptions.

NOTE: Our warehouse shipping cutoff is 12pm EST M-F. Orders processed after 12pm EST on weekdays require 1 additional day of processing time. 

  

Other Important Considerations

• Because many customers also send our popcorn as gifts, we don't include prices on our packing slips.
• It is customers' responsibility to enter accurate and complete address details at checkout.  EATABLE is not responsible for any shipping delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided.
• Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees required due to any changes in delivery from the original destination or delivery method selected at checkout. 
• Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees to resend orders that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses or recipients not receiving or picking up their orders when held at the couriers' pickup facilities.
• Orders shipping outside of Canada may be subject to customs, duties or brokerage fees based on the country being shipped to. Customers are responsible for these fees charged by UPS or FedEx.

 

Canadian Orders

Shipping Options to Canada via FedEx, Canada Post, or Local Courier:

• Local Courier: Local next-day courier delivery to Greater Toronto Area (Toronto, west to Burlington, north to Vaughan, east to Pickering/Ajax) for orders placed before 3pm the previous day. 
• Standard: 2-7 business days for regional and national delivery.
• Express: 1-2 business days for orders within the Greater Toronto Area, and 2-3 day delivery for the rest of Canada.

* Order processing time is in addition to the transit times above and does not take into account holiday shipping exceptions.

 

USA Orders 

Shipping Options to USA via UPS:

• UPS Standard International: 2-7 days to most addresses within the United States (within the 49 contiguous states).
• UPS Expedited International: 2-3 days to most addresses within the United States (within the 48 contiguous states).
• Duties/customs charges may be applied for cross-border shipments. The receiver is responsible for these fees.

$12.99 FLAT RATE SHIPPING to Canada & USA

We are happy to offer our customers flat rate shipping of $12.99 across Canada and the contiguous USA!

While fuel surcharges have increased significantly over the recent years due to the global pandemic, we understand that shipping costs are an important consideration to your purchase, and we have strived to keep this cost affordable and predictable for you by absorbing some of these costs in our small business.

Regular carrier-imposed shipping rates apply to remote locations, the Canadian Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

NOTE: Flat rate shipping only applies to direct end consumers, and is not offered to our B2B/wholesale/reseller customers at this time.

 

Free Shipping on Qualifying Orders

Orders of $75+ delivered to all Canadian provinces or the 48 contiguous states will qualify for FREE shipping (single address only).  We are unfortunately unable to offer free shipping to certain remote locations, the Canadian Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico at this time.

IMPORTANT: The "Free Shipping" option must be selected at checkout, and your order will be delivered by FedEx or UPS Standard shipping.  Free shipping is only applicable on a single address, any subsequent addresses added will also need to have a spend of $75 to qualify.

NOTE: Free shipping only applies to direct end consumers, and is not offered to our B2B/wholesale/reseller customers unless a specific "free shipping" promotion is in effect.

  

Shipping Costs - Displayed Currency

Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page. Prices can be displayed in USD if the currency toggle to the left of the shopping bag icon is selected.

Note: USD figures are for reference only - The final transaction will be charged in Canadian Dollars at the time of checkout, and the actual USD conversion will be done through your credit card statement.

 

Transit times to USA

All orders are shipped directly from our production facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. USA orders may be subject to additional transit time when the package clears customs. Unfortunately, we are not in control of border processing times.

For standard shipping, please allow at least 5-10 days for deliveries to the USA, and refer to the package tracking information you'll receive by email after your order is shipped.

 

COURIER SHIPPING DELAYS

While we make every effort to ship orders out as soon as possible, shipping and transit delays after a package has left our warehouse are not under our control.

Please allow a few extra days for your package to reach its destination in case of courier or weather-related delays.
