EATABLE™ popcorn is freshly popped and packed in our production facility in Toronto, Canada. We ship across Canada and USA.
What's the shelf life?
Our popcorn remains fresh for 7-9+ months from the date of manufacture when stored in an unopened bag at cool room temperature. Since we don't add any artificial preservatives in our products, we recommend enjoying your popcorn immediately once the bag is opened, and finish within one week to ensure the best flavour and texture. But we’re sure you won’t have too much trouble with that.
Is there REAL alcohol in EATABLE's "Poppy Hour" popcorn?
Only in certain flavors – real alcohol is used in our spirits-inspired caramel flavors. Most of the alcohol content gets burned off during our cooking process, leaving only the residual base flavour notes. The final product is virtually alcohol-free.
Our chocolate flavors use a natural flavored extract, and are completely alcohol-free.

Whisky on the pops is classic caramel popcorn turned up to 11. You get the satisfying crunch factor from the caramel but you're hit with a unique undernote of whisky making this one really stand out. Upon opening the bag, you are greeted with the sweet smell of caramel and vanilla. The flavour is a sweet caramel, but it’s not so sweet that it “curls your teeth”. I don’t really taste the whiskey flavour. There is a very pleasant aftertaste. The texture is light and airy, with a bit of a crunch, and it almost melts in your mouth. I kept reaching for more!

Whisky on the Pops is the perfect blend of crispy and sweet. Despite not being a sweet tooth, I still very much appreciated how crispy, light, and sweet this popcorn was. I especially liked how absolutely zero of it stuck to my teeth. My husband and I finished 2 bags of Eatable in a single movie sitting - and this is coming from someone who isn't a huge popcorn eager. I've discovered that I am in fact just a popcorn snob - and I'm here for it!

While this product is yummy, I don't think it has enough of the whiskey flavour to discern it. The first flavour you get is the caramel, which over powers the alcohol infusion. For the price of the product, I could get a bag of caramel corn and sip whiskey instead. I personally would have liked the whiskey flavour to be more present, but I think this would be perfect for someone who doesn't really like whiskey normally.
